Prudencio S. Torres
Prudencio S. Torres is a freelance artist who is always searching for new and exciting projects. Born and raised in the inner city of Baltimore, Maryland, he attended the Baltimore School for the Arts. After graduating in 1987, Prudencio worked in advertising, where he continued to develop his talents, focusing on hand painted billboard art.
