Sprout: Emerging Artist Competition

Sprout is currently accepting entries (the deadline is May 5). They've got a fantastic judging panel with representatives from some of Manhattan's major art and cultural institutions, including museums, galleries and magazines. The semi-finalists will have an opportunity to sell their work in a well-trafficked on-line gallery, and the winner will have a solo exhibition, including a high-profile opening event. Sounds like a great opportunity.
